PTC stake transferred
to another company,

Elektrim power and telecoms group sought to transfer 48 percent stake in PTC mobile phone firm to a mystery company called Mega Investment, former Elektrim partner Vivendi Universal charged yesterday. Vivendi?s Elektrim-Telekomunikacja pressed for criminal charges to be filed against several Elektrim executives, including acting CEO Piotr Nurowski. In July Elektrim used shares of Mega Investment as collateral for PAI Media, a company controlled by business magnate Zygmunt Solorz-Zak, ET says.

Shares of Comarch software house rose 4.7 percent to close at 60 zloty yesterday after it announced one of its largest ever software contracts with an unnamed international energy group. Comarch said it expects up to 20 million euros in revenues from the sale of its customer loyalty and marketing application Comarch Aurum LoyaltyCare.
